How sharing works
Sharing is per child, and only when you choose.

Take everything with you.
Export a Mea Baby file with everything, including photos — add a password if you like. Or export spreadsheets you can open anywhere. A Mea Baby file can be imported again later, on a new phone for example.

Where is my data kept?
On your device. Nothing syncs unless you share a child with someone — then only that child’s records sync, so their phone can show them. Stop sharing and the server copy is deleted within 30 days.
Do I need an account?
Not to start. Mea Baby works on your device without one. You sign in once, only when you first share a child with someone.
Does Mea Baby use AI?
No, there’s no AI anywhere in Mea Baby. Suggestions, like a usual feed time, come from simple patterns in your own logs, and you can always tap to see why.
Do you sell data or show ads?
No. Nothing is sold, nothing is used for ads, and there’s no AI.
What happens when I delete a child?
Their records move to Recently deleted for 30 days, so you can change your mind. After that they’re gone for good.
Can I take my records with me?
Yes, any time. Export a Mea Baby file with everything, including photos, or spreadsheets you can open anywhere. A Mea Baby file can be imported again later — on a new phone, for example.
