Health records
Medicines, illnesses, vaccines, growth and visits for each child — kept together, so you have answers when the doctor asks.
Medicines
Add a medicine by its name and a photo of the label. For each child, you enter the gap between doses and the daily limit. Mea Baby shows when the next dose is allowed. Doses are never copied between children.
Illness
Symptoms, temperatures and doses line up together. The temperature chart shows a reference line, but it never sounds an alarm. If something may spread, you can keep an eye on the other children for a few days. Mea Baby asks if your child is better — it never decides for you.
Vaccines
Vaccines follow Kenya’s national schedule (KEPI) and your county’s programme. US and UK schedules are coming. Twins? Record the visit once, then confirm each child. A late dose shows as catch-up, never “missed”, and Mea Baby never moves a vaccine by itself.
Growth
See weight, length and head size over time. Clinic and home measurements are marked differently, and you can show a sibling’s line for timing.
Visits
Book visits, keep questions for the doctor, and link what happened — measurements, vaccines and prescriptions. Before you go, make a summary you can print or share for the visit.
